Stay on 21E approximately 5 miles until it ends at US Hwy 421.
Turn right (South) on US Hwy 421.  Take US Hwy 421 South approximately 10.2 miles
to Hwy. 2004 in Sand Gap. Turn left on 2004.
Mountain Springs Inn is 1.2 miles on the right at 1244 KY Hwy 2004.
